Procurement Manager in Directs team in Mars Commercial(Procurement) Shared Service Centre Location: Mars Global Services in Poznań – convenient location in the city center Build strategic partnership with stakeholders and ensure successful key strategic activities execution Support new services or client deployment activities and ongoing compliance to the Global Commercial Signature Processes. Be responsible for Operational Excellence agenda for the center, which includes managing Service Catalogue SLA’s and KPIs, driving CI and efficiency activities by creation of roadmap and execution Operational Responsibilities: e.g. responsibility for delivery of service within SLAs and KPIs as defined in Service Catalogue Act as Service Owner for Direct Buying service Lead high performing team and ensure continuous development of direct reports Governance & Communication Responsibilities, including ensuring quality of Client Relationship Management and clarity of metrix for the team and clients University degree and English language knowledge required Minimum 3-4 years of experience in, core Procure to Pay functional competencies and in Procurement is desired IT skills - particularly in MS Excel and PowerPoint Can effectively cope with change and shift gears comfortably Excellent planning and organizational skills; ability to organize workload Pro-active and forward thinking Ability to analyze data and assess information quickly Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative Ability to make decisions, meet deadlines and work under pressure Rewarding place to work, people-driven team Possibility to participate in process migration Opportunity to join international projects or develop new technologies Full benefits package, incl.
